🔧 Main Features:
🔹 Precise and Durable Joints – The set of 5 profile-counterprofile cutters is designed for highly precise wood processing, offering solid and aesthetic joints in furniture manufacturing.
🔹 V-Groove Decorative Profile – The design creates a visible V-shaped groove at the joint, providing an elegant look and accentuating the natural grain of the wood.
🔹 High-Speed Steel (HSS) Blades for Durability – HSS blades ensure smooth, splinter-free cuts, maintaining high performance even with intensive use.
🔹 Compatibility and Flexibility – The cutters are optimized for 20 mm thick wood, ideal for making doors, frames, and furniture panels.
🔹 Processing Efficiency – The optimized geometry allows for fast and precise milling, reducing working time and the need for subsequent adjustments.
🔹 Complete Set for Professional Workshops – The package includes 5 cutters, covering all needs for profile-counterprofile joints.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with Carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood type.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- HSS Standard: Exclusively for very soft woods (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees impeccable white finish without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic woods (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Plywood). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you dwell in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
